Farm Dinner at Erba Verde Farms
Join us for our second year of farm dinners at Erba Verde Farms—an intimate evening celebrating local food, regenerative agriculture, and community.
The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome and first course, followed by a guided farm tour at 5:30 p.m. Meet the farmers, learn about rotational grazing and regenerative practices, and see how our animals are raised on pasture.
After the tour, gather around our family-style farm tables for a thoughtfully prepared 5–7 course seasonal dinner, featuring pasture-raised meats from Erba Verde Farms, organic produce from nearby farms, and chef-selected drink pairings tailored to each dinner, including beer, wine, and/or cocktails.
This shared dining experience brings together farmers, chefs, and guests for a night of connection and great food, concluding around 9 p.m.
Things to Know
- On-site parking available
- Wear comfortable shoes for walking on dirt and grass
- Picnic bench seating for dinner
- Water and seltzer available
- Unfortunately, the layout of the farm is not handicap accessible.
- Gratuity is included, though guests who wish to offer additional thanks to the team are always welcome to do so.

- Tickets are nonrefundable. In the event of extreme weather, dinner will be rescheduled.
