Farm Dinners
We are thrilled to introduce our farm dinners this year! Join us for an intimate evening celebrating local food, connecting with farmers, and savoring dishes crafted by some of Western New York’s finest chefs.
The evening begins at 4:00 PM with a guided farm tour, where you’ll explore rotational grazing, regenerative agriculture, and pasture-raised livestock. Along the way, you’ll visit our unique farm store and chicken processing area.
After the tour, we’ll gather around our handcrafted family-style farm table for a thoughtfully prepared meal featuring 5-7 seasonal courses. Enjoy expertly paired wines from a local winery, pasture-raised meats from Erba Verde Farms, and fresh organic produce from nearby farms.
With farmers, chefs, and friends—both new and old—this intimate dining experience promises to be one to savor.
