Product Details
Bruce Wieszala is the executive chef and co-owner of Beacon Grille in Buffalo. A proponent of seasonal, nose-to-tail cooking, he trained at Atlanta's famed Woodfire Grill and Restaurant Eugene before returning home to Buffalo, where he earned accolades at Tabree, The Terrace, and Chez Ami. Beacon Grille, which opened last summer in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood, showcases his skill with woodfire cooking and seasonal produce.
Tickets are nonrefundable. In the case of extreme weather, dinner will be rescheduled.
