Bruce Wieszala is the executive chef and co-owner of Beacon Grille in Buffalo. A passionate advocate of seasonal, nose-to-tail cooking, he honed his craft at Atlanta’s acclaimed Woodfire Grill and Restaurant Eugene before returning to his hometown. Back in Buffalo, he earned widespread praise for his work at Tabree, The Terrace, and Chez Ami.
Opened two summers ago in Buffalo’s Allentown neighborhood, Beacon Grille highlights Chef Wieszala’s expertise in woodfire cooking and his commitment to showcasing the best seasonal ingredients. This special dinner will be thoughtfully paired with brews from Resurgence Brewery.
