A native of Orchard Park, Steven Gedra trained in Boston before returning to Buffalo, where he and his wife Ellen opened the pioneering Bistro Europa. A James Beard Award nominee, he helped lead the region’s farm-to-table movement through his work at Europa and The Black Sheep. Today, he hosts private dinners and collaborates on regional food events, often featuring Erba Verde’s ethically raised meats and produce, which reflect his deep commitment to seasonal cooking and responsible sourcing.
Tickets are nonrefundable. In the case of extreme weather, dinner will be rescheduled.
