Owner Keith Raimondi and Chef Jesse Ross helm The Dapper Goose in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood. Raimondi, a nationally recognized bartender who made a name for himself in Philadelphia, opened the restaurant in 2016 with his wife, Peggy Wong. Ross, a Philadelphia transplant, has led the kitchen since day one. Together, they deliver seasonal, locally sourced dishes, standout cocktails, and an inviting neighborhood atmosphere.
Tickets are nonrefundable. In the case of extreme weather, dinner will be rescheduled.
